The Hermanas Unidas Career Leadership Program is a transformative initiative dedicated to equipping Latinas with the essential skills and knowledge to ascend into positions of power and influence across various sectors, including the workplace, government, learning institutions, and within our communities. Through a comprehensive curriculum and mentorship opportunities, whether serving as a Board of Director or on one of its committees, the program aims to empower participants with the tools needed to navigate and excel in their professional journeys.
